Sometimes it's easy to overlook the obvious sources. The CDC maintains a very nice Pandemic flu webpage ('One stop access to US Government avian and pandemic flu infomation.')I was just looking at this before putting a link to it on the blog when I noticed it had exactly the figure I tried to find yesterday - an up to date and clear map of the distribution of H5N1 in both birds and humans.
